One of Ukraine’s Largest Pharmaceutical Companies, Farmak, Becomes a Strategic Investor in Tayra AI

Ukrainian healthtech startup Tayra AI, which develops AI infrastructure for the automation of clinical processes, has announced the closing of its pre-seed investment round.

The round included Farmak, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Ukraine, as well as several angel investors from the company’s management. The parties have not disclosed the investment amount.

Despite global challenges, the investment was made directly into a Ukrainian company. The partnership is based on trust in Ukrainian business, Ukrainian jurisdiction, and a shared vision for the development of healthcare.

For Tayra AI, this agreement is first and foremost a strategic partnership. Along with funding, the company gains access to many years of industry expertise, a deep understanding of how the healthcare system operates, and support in scaling the product both in Ukraine and in international markets.

Tayra AI’s mission is to create next-generation digital AI infrastructure that automates clinical processes, improves the quality of medical care, and frees doctors from administrative work.
